QStrain : Multiple Sequence Alignments (MSA)

Qstrain provides an analysis of highly evolutionarily conserved nucleotide sequences across eight viruses and their respective subtypes—including dengue, influenza A, Lassa, Mers, Nipah, Respiratory Syncytial Virus, Sars-Cov-2, and Severe Fever with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome Virus—through multiple sequence alignments. Currently all viruses except Lassa were analyzed based on complete sequences.

To analyze the reference dataset, please select the dataset and its subtype. If you'd like to analyze the reference dataset together with your own data, select the reference dataset first, then add your data. Alternatively, you may analyze only your data.
